All items can be returned for a full refund, except for customized engraving or special bulk orders. This excludes Shipping and Handling charges. Returns must be received within 7 days of your original receipt of bracelet. At time of return, we must be emailed with your return tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost during return shipping so you may want to insure your item. Thanks!
